Physician Info: Patients have the right to know the identity, name, and speciality of the physician who will be caring for them at our centre.

Right to Reject the treatment: You have the right to refuse treatment. If you want to do so, our doctor will explain the medical implications of your decision and ask you to sign a form admitting it.

Safety from Harm: You have the right to be free from any type of physical, verbal, or psychological abuse while receiving treatment at our institution.

Details on Organ Donation: If you consider about donating your organs, we will give you all the details about the process, including any benefits or hazards.

Family Assistance: Based on your health status, you have the right to request a family member or guardian accompany you, as per DHA laws and regulations.

Relocation to Another Facility: If you need to be transferred to another care centre, we will clarify the reason any expenses involved, and your options. We will also make the required arrangements for a seamless transition.

Compliance with Rules: Please follow our centre’s rules and regulations while also respecting the privacy and peace of other patients.

Kindness & Respect: Be courteous and respectful to other patients and our staff.

Accurate Information: Share full and exact details about your present medical status, including past ailments, hospitalisations, treatments, and any allergies you may have.

Follow Treatment directions: Please adhere to your treating doctor’s directions and give written consent if necessary.

Timely Presence: Make sure to attend your scheduled appointments on time. If you want to abandon, please let us know at least 48 hours early.

Importance of Urgency: Please realise that emergencies will be prioritised.

Safety Adherence: Please follow our safety guidelines, such as our no-smoking policy as well as keeping hygiene and sanitation of your hands.
